The 2023 Steam Awards feature a total of 11 categories, including Game of the Year, VR Game of the Year, Labor of Love Award, Best Game on Steam Deck Award, Better With Friends Award, Most Innovative Gameplay Award, Outstanding Story-Rich Game Award, Best Game You Suck At Award, Outstanding Visual Style Award, Best Soundtrack Award, and Sit Back and Relax Award.
