Transforming Education with XR: Highlights from LearnTec 2025

LearnTec 2025 has officially come to a close, and it was a standout showcase of how immersive technology is transforming education and training. From real-world applications to practical demonstrations, the event proved that XR is here and delivering value today.
At our booth, visitors explored a range of XR use cases powered by VIVE technology and our partners. Hochschule Anhalt presented its BioTech-House platform, showing how XR can simplify complex scientific topics in higher education. EXP360 demonstrated how multi-user training can be rolled out with ease, connecting up to 35 participants through a single tablet for collaborative learning.
VIVERSE, our no-code 3D worlds platform, showed how easily custom virtual training and education environments can be built with intuitive tools, making immersive design accessible to anyone.
TÜV SÜD shared its ivee platform for immersive safety training in industrial environments, highlighting how virtual simulations can help prepare users for real-world risks. This experience ran on G REIGNS, our portable private 5G network.
We also showcased VIVE Host, our dedicated XR content and device management platform. Perfect for classrooms and training centres, it makes deploying, updating, and controlling XR content across multiple devices straightforward and efficient.
All experiences at the booth were delivered on our latest enterprise-grade hardware, including the VIVE Focus Vision and VIVE XR Elite. These standalone headsets are built for portability, performance, and comfort, making them ideal for professional learning environments.
