Embark on LBE Adventures at IAAPA Europe 2025 with VEX Solutions and HTC VIVE

Europe’s biggest immersive entertainment expo – IAAPA Europe 2025 – kicks off today in Barcelona. This year, we’ve teamed up with VEX Solutions to bring thrilling VR-based Location-Based Entertainment to the Expo, using HTC VIVE XR technology.
Located in Hall 2, Booth 2-974, the show-stopping VEX Solutions booth features not one, but two multi-player, location-based VR spaces – all powered by VIVE Focus Vision, our standalone, durable XR headset built for high-turnover, multi-user scenarios. Join us to discover the latest innovation hardware and software taking free-roam VR experiences to the next level.
"At IAAPA Expo Europe 2025, we’re showcasing our VEX Adventure and VEX Arena free-roam VR attractions, both powered by the new VIVE Focus Vision. Through our partnership with HTC VIVE, we’re bringing the next generation of immersive VR experiences to life,” comments Julien Henricot, CEO of VEX Solutions.
The first space is the VEX Arena, where visitors can enjoy one of the largest free-roam VR libraries in a modular, all-in-one play space. Take on games like Mission Z and Death Squad and battle with other attendees in a high energy arena.
Meanwhile, VEX Adventure adds an exciting 4D element to LBE VR – combining free-roaming with haptics, a vibrating floor, heat and smell for a total VR experience. Learn how VEX has created this turn-key setup to welcome a new era of hyper VR.
But that’s not all. Throughout the week, visitors can choose to join in a dedicated VEX Solution eSports competition on the booth. And there’s great prizes on offer, including XR hardware and smartphones plus other exclusive goodies.
“This year, we’re also highlighting how esports contests and social play can boost replayability and engagement in LBE attractions. To top it off, we’re thrilled to partner with HTC VIVE to offer two VIVE Focus Vision headsets, two smartphones, and other exclusive prizes to the winners of this year’s competitions," Henricot, adds.
