Mirai Akari Reborn? Debut of Garlic-Scented Pasta VTuber Idol!

Recently, Sony Music made a shocking announcement that a mysterious "Former Four Heavenly Kings" VTuber has returned and reincarnated into a brand new character named "Aglio Olio e Peperoncino" (or PePe for short). Last night at 8 PM (Japan time), they held their debut livestream.
This VTuber, who has transformed into a pasta girl, is one of the former Four Heavenly Kings. As you may know, the former Four Heavenly Kings include Kizuna Ai, Dennou Shojo Siro, Kaguya Luna, Virtual Noja Loli Kitsunemusume Youtuber Ojisan, and Mirai Akari. According to fans' speculations, this pasta girl is most likely Mirai Akari, who graduated just at the end of March this year. It's a reasonable guess because Mirai Akari's birthday is on November 21.
To celebrate PePe's debut, Sony Music took over the Shibuya intersection in the morning of her debut livestream to announce her grand entrance. Prior to the livestream, her YouTube channel also released her backstory.
PePe is a 14-year-old girl who is 148 cm tall. In her livestream, she self-deprecatingly refers to herself as being in the "chuunibyou" phase (the phase when teenagers are overly self-conscious and act overly dramatic). What's unusual is that, just like her name "Aglio Olio e Peperoncino" suggests, she exudes a strong garlic scent from all over her body, which certainly adds to her... unique charm! She has a playful and lively personality that seems innocent and pure, but her dream is actually quite ambitious—to establish a "Pasta Kingdom" where no hungry children will go hungry anymore. She's truly kind and adorable!
