We’re always listening to our customers and looking at ways to deliver more features. So we’re excited to update you on the latest enhancements to help organisations deploy, monitor, and manage XR devices, like VIVE Focus 3 and VIVE XR Elite, all on one dashboard.

Introducing, VIVE Business+

Available in three tiers, Standard , Pro , and Ultimate. Each is packed full of features so businesses can find the perfect solution for their needs. This includes advanced features for Location Based Entertainment (LBE) / Location Based Software Suite (LBSS) users.

Let’s look at the features.

User Admin is easier than ever , with a central dashboard to show the registered devices. It’s also easy to allocate roles (admin, editors, viewers), and carry out management to assign user accounts. In addition, Permission management is seamless, as well as code redemption, to activate the service.

And when it comes to Device Management , there’s an array of new intuitive tools from high-level controls through to granular management. It’s effortless to enrol new devices with QR Code Enrolment – simply point the headset at the QR code, and follow the instructions. The dashboard will also show the Device Status (device battery level, when it last synced etc), and Batch Configuration to deploy multiple devices  is quick and easy. Organisations can quickly create Device Groups for managing, and supporting users is even smoother with Issue Reporting/Tracking.

Remote Device Management is a powerful tool, allowing remote device reboot, shutdown, reset and more. Advanced Device Status gives information about the device’s storage capacity, and the content on each device. Remote Content Management & Distribution gives easy and fast ability to remotely install content to device groups on the network, including APK and OBB files.

System Updates allows your IT and adminstrators more control and includes Offline Device ROM Update so devices can be updated manually via SD card, and new features like Device Management and FOTA Assignment so devices can be forced to always update to the latest system version, and ROM Update via SD Card which can automatically update to a specific ROM version directly via the SD card.

Last but by no means least, there are a host of Advanced Tracking Features , primarily aimed at Location Based Software Suite / Location Based Entertainment users. These include Visual Odometry Tracking Mode, Immersive Customisation allowing an organisation to disable some default system UI elements, LBE Configurations, Map Sharing which means it’s easy to share maps between devices and maintain alignment during use, and other advanced tracking features like Drift Prevention Mode, and more.

In addition, the VIVE Business+ Pro level comes with 1GB of cloud storage per device, and the VIVE Business+ Ultimate level comes with 5GB of cloud storage – perfect for scenarios ranging from training through to LBSS.
