The 5th Walk Bell John Awards ceremony successfully concluded last weekend. The collab video "Spending the Whole Day with My Virtual Girlfriend VTuber in Reality!" by well-known YouTuber Louis and VTuber Iitifox won the fiercely competitive "Best Feat. Award." This also makes Iitifox the first VTuber to receive the Walk Bell John Awards. It seems that VTuber culture has already transcended dimensions and entered the mainstream public's attention, without having to wait for the Avatar Awards.

Iitifox is a Taiwanese individual VTuber who made her debut on August 7, 2021. Her character is a fox demon from the void who was struck by heavenly thunder in Taiwan after stealing offerings for the gods. Fortunately, she was picked up and adopted by a nearby old lady. Iitifox's image is lively, cheerful, and warm. Her livestream content covers various topics, including casual chats, game livestreams (such as Valorant and Minecraft), and ASMR. Currently, her YouTube channel has over 50,300 subscribers, and she has 114,000 subscribers on Twitch. With this award, her popularity continues to grow.
In the award-winning video "Spending the Whole Day with My Virtual Girlfriend VTuber in Reality!", Louis and Iitifox had an extraordinary date itinerary. From playing with a parasol together to visiting the Matchmaker's Temple and playing ring toss at the night market, their interaction was natural and smooth. At the end of the video, Louis made a romantic confession against the backdrop of a fireworks show, but unexpectedly, Iitifox rejected him, citing "being in different worlds." So audiences are now speculating whether or not Louis will try to become a VTuber in the future and erase the boundaries of dimensions to continue to pursue a relationship with Iitifox.
