By balancing workloads between a RAN cloud and smartphone device clouds which integrated as "Edge Cloud", this technology aims to optimize resource allocation and enhance computational efficiency.
The key to this technology lies in the dynamic scheduling of computing resources across connected devices. This approach not only improves the performance of smart computing applications but also enables ultra-low latency and heightened security. This breakthrough enables the upgrading of key applications, including generative AI, telecom-grade privacy protection, personal data governance, and dynamic resource scheduling
